Supercheap Auto Balcatta

For all your auto requirements. Some camping gear sold here as well. Recently purchased jockey wheel for my trailer and mounting brackets. Didn't need the brackets as we drilled and attached it directly onto the trailer shaft and returned the bracket the next day for a full refund, no hassles.

Really unhappy with the service i recieved. I purchase a set of LED globes from a different store & tried returning them here, when the server opened up the box he asked me where the adapters were however none came with the box. I told him this to which he didn't believe me and theres nothing he could do, and told me i would need to go to the original store i purchased them from to try and work it out with them (all the way in Clarskon)I got there and explained my situation and the server at Clarkson knew straight away that the prodcut doesnt include adapters and opened up another of the same product and as it turns out no adapters included with the product.Making my drive all the way to Clarkson a waste of time when it could have been sorted at the balcatta store.

Staff is helpful, and the store is well setout. Easy to find what you need. Being a member I also get to save on purchases.

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and the store was well laid out and clean

Went to Supercheap Balcatta today, car was fitted with the wrong wiper blade arms. Callum was super helpful and efficient in changing the wiper blades arms, great service!

Be careful guys in store price shows.The store sign was showing $37.I had to take the picture to prove it. They have charged me $62. The checkout stuff even didn't acknowledge is a technical error.When i went back to get my refund staff is giving me look like its all ok not a big deal.

The fact that you can join and get discounts and order online to pick up and have your vehicle in the online garage for parts selection is so handy and practical. Great price and service and click and collect is awesome. The will even fit some parts there and then.
