We knew what we wanted, a roof rack & cage $850. No problem? We weren't in a hurry for installation. The young lady who was serving us, knew her products, but was ill-equipped to confirm installation, relying on staff turning up & weather???We didn't feel confident so left and went and found one elsewhere.

The girl like who cares.. thanks to the guy behind the tills, at least treated like a human being so I didn’t regret being there! 3 star only for that person, otherwise it would get just a star! Not excusable!

The gentlemen staff were very professional and always has the customer's needs in mind. But the female with the glasses seems to want to satisfy her own needs. Recommendations are good but should not be forced upon customers. If the customer knows what they want, then they should not be refused their item. The purpose of her working there is to sell items that customers want, not to sell what she wants. She should not be working in customer service.

Poor customer service by female staff, they need to do some retraining on customer service skills, miserable, lazy, can't be bothered attitude, I ended up going to another retailer.
