Supercheap Albany is awesome and Scott in particular is so incredibly friendly and helpful. Needed my car battery replaced which proved to be difficult due to some of the existing fittings and tight space but Scott got it sorted! This guy is a legend! Thanks again so much Scott, really appreciated your patience and humour!

Scott save our trip !!We had a problem during our roadtrip : our fridge was not working, so we check our second battery and it seems to be dead. So we decided a mechanic to be sure that was only a battery problem. We saw 2 different mechanic : the first told us that all our system solar panel/battery was dead, they couldn't do something before June, the second one told us that we need to change only the second battery but they cannot do it.We finally decided to stop at Supercheap auto for a third advice, and Scott save us, he help us to change the second battery but also to fix the alternator which was disconnected. Super amazing service at Supercheap Auto. Jeff was one of the most helpful staff members I have met. Went to the Albany store yesterday to get some help with a headlight. The whole experience was just awesome and especially Jeff going the extra mile to help me out with a big smile. Thank you for your assistance.
