Tried to buy 250ml of paint and the only had 50ml containers due to lack of proper stocking. They wouldn’t sell me 5 x 50ml for the same price. Excuse was manager wouldn’t like if I did that. What’s happened to logic and customer service?

Declan and Angela (someone who was down for the day) were amazing with customer service. So grateful for their help after being ignored at two different Australind Automotive stores I made the trip into Bunbury for better service :) 5 star service and Declan helped me top up the oil. Truly appreciated

I tried calling 4 times in a row no answer, again the next day and again a week later no pickup. My experience in store after attempting these calls was awful, no one helped me properly and when I got the manager for help it was poor effort. The manager was very rude and knew nothing about my problem. Dont waste money here!

Have had two great experiences at this store. Jade the manger leads a fantastic team. As a woman and with little to no car knowledge going into shops like this can be intimidating and daunting, and I have been ripped off in the past by other businesses but not here, they are so helpful and nice and don’t make you feel like an idiot for not knowing stuff. I recommend everyone to go here.
